Kim Newby has been promoted to senior vice president, investor relations and product development, at Waterstone Mortgage Corp.
In addition, Rich Tucker has been promoted to senior vice president of loan operations.
Newby has been with Waterstone Mortgage for more than four years and has played a crucial part in the expansion of existing products and introduction of new programs, the company says in a release. She has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry.
Tucker joined Waterstone Mortgage last year and will now oversee national loan operations for the organization. During his 17-year career in the mortgage lending industry, he has successfully launched dozens of products, managed several billion in loan volume, and managed processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing teams.
In addition, Steve Lawrence has been promoted to vice president, information systems; Nicole Wolfgram to vice president, construction; and Chris Hatton to assistant vice president, compliance.
Lawrence, who has been with Waterstone Mortgage for five years, has made many contributions to the growth of the company’s technology solutions, including the Waterstone Mobile app and Connect (for Realtors). He has more than 15 years of information technology experience.
Wolfgram has been with Waterstone Mortgage for more than three years, during which the construction program has grown significantly – increasing the company’s presence in the homebuilding market. She has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending and financial services industries.
Hatton began his career at Waterstone Mortgage in 2012. During his time with the company, he has held various roles on the post-close, operations, and compliance teams. In his new role, Hatton will take on additional projects and responsibilities within the compliance department.
