Lender Processing Services Inc. (LPS), a provider of integrated technology and services to the mortgage industry, has entered into an agreement with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
As part of this engagement, Bob Caruso, executive vice president of strategy and business development at LPS, will provide business management and consulting services to assist Wells Fargo in managing the Wachovia Pick-a-Pay portfolio.
Although Caruso will dedicate the vast majority of his time to Wells Fargo, he will continue to play an integral role with LPS, specifically in the areas of governmental relations and strategic planning, LPS notes.
