Bettina Arthur has been promoted to vice president of sales enablement at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.
Arthur has more than 30 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Her subject matter expertise spans escrow, closing, mortgage lending, sales, home building, human resources, general management, and organizational development.
Arthur joined Westcor in 2011 and served as director of training prior to this new role. She specializes in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs while integrating instructional technology to provide both in-person and virtual education.
Before joining the company, Arthur spent a decade as director of operations for a national homebuilder, overseeing permitting, sales, construction scheduling, closing, and post-closing processes.
Her well-rounded background allows her to bring a multi-faceted, real-world perspective to her training sessions, equipping industry professionals with invaluable knowledge and skills.
In addition, Arthur is a certified distance education instructor, a member of the FBI’s InfraGard, and a seasoned educator, adept at delivering dynamic training programs to professionals nationwide.
