Karen Bates has joined Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. as an agency representative on the Tennessee regional team.

Bates has 34 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She began her career as a systems consultant for a national title automation company. She also served as senior agency representative and agency manager for many years with three major underwriters, maintaining a large agency base across Tennessee.
For the past 15 years, Bates served as agency manager with NATIC/Doma Title Insurance, where she developed and supported title agencies across the Mid-South region, primarily in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, and Louisiana.
Bates is an active member of the American Land Title Association, the Southeast Land Title Association, and the Tennessee Land Title Association (TNLTA).
