Jennifer Smith has joined Westcor Land Title Insurance Company as a new agency representative on the Mountain region team.
In addition, Stacey Reardon has been promoted to New York sales manager.
Smith has more than 35 years title insurance industry experience. She held a variety of roles, including title examiner, escrow officer, branch manager, county manager, and area manager.
During her time as an area manager, Smith also ran a commercial/ranch escrow desk for select customers.
Smith’s career success is built upon her ability to develop significant connections and relationships with clients and partners. In addition, she has worked with some of the industry’s strongest leaders in the Mountain region. She worked for the largest title agent in Montana, and she was the assistant to the largest commercial real estate broker in the state.
Smith served as president of the Montana Land Title Association from 2017 to 2018. She has also served as board chair of the Big Sky Economic Development Authority.

Reardon has been with Westcor for more than eight years and has played a key role in growing the New York region through her experience and deep understanding of agents’ needs. Her vast industry experience and collaborative approach have solidified her as a trusted partner to agents and colleagues alike.
In her new role, Reardon will lead the New York sales team in driving strategic initiatives and strengthening relationships with agents across the state.
