Portland, Ore.-based Williston Financial Group (WFG), has acquired ITC Holdings Inc., the parent company of Glendale, Calif.-based Investors Title Co.
Investors Title operates in six counties in southern California. The current CEO at Investors Title, Jeff Fox, will manage the Orange County, San Diego, San Bernardino and Riverside County offices, while Chris White, the current Investors Title president, will manage Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

The WFG family, which includes WFG National Title Insurance Co. and WFG Title Insurance Co., is licensed to provide title insurance in 41 states.
