WFG National Title Co. is acquiring Vancouver, Wash.-based Columbia Title Agency for an undisclosed sum.
As per a company press release, WFG National Title, a Williston Financial Group company, has acquired all of Columbia Title’s assets, including its employees.
Columbia Title’s team and business will now be a part of the WFG family, with two existing locations in Vancouver, WFG says in its release.
Patrick Stone, chairman and CEO of WFG, says the acquisition “is a natural progression of WFG’s growth in the Northwestern states. We have seen tremendous success in this market, especially with our local direct operations.”
“Columbia Title, which has a long history of client focus and service, is a powerful match with WFG’s operations,” Stone adds.
Dennis Gish, county manager, formerly of Columbia Title, will manage the two Vancouver offices.
