Margherita Ciampa-Coyne has joined WFG National Title, a national provider of title insurance and settlement services, as agency support manager for the New England region of its agency division.
Ciampa-Coyne has more than 15 years of experience in the settlement services industry. Previously, she worked for seven years as director of the brokers advantage division at one of the nation's largest title underwriters. Before that, she was an agency manager with another large national underwriter.
She also has extensive experience as a real estate paralegal professional and has served as an instructor in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University in Boston, where she focused on the role of the paralegal in real estate title transfer and mortgage transactions.
As agency support manager, Ciampa-Coyne will focus on collaborating with WFG agents to determine their needs in order to strengthen and build the agency relationship. She will also serve as an educational resource for agents, especially with regard to compliance with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's regulations and requirements.
