Wisconsin Credit Union To Buy Savings Bank Landmark Credit Union, Wisconsin's largest credit union, has filed applications to acquire Hartford Savings Bank, a state-chartered mutual savings bank headquartered in Hartford, Wis.

According to a report in CUNA News, the New Berlin, Wis.-based Landmark completed 10 credit union mergers since 2008. The $190 million-asset Hartford Savings Bank transaction, if approved by federal and state regulators, will be its first transaction with a bank.
