The Witherspoon Law Offices, based in Farmington, Conn., has been selected by Fannie Mae for inclusion in its Retained Attorney Network for the state of Connecticut.
The firm has been providing legal representation to the mortgage banking and servicing industries for over 30 years, and its principals, Tom Witherspoon and Sam Chester, have a combined 70 of experience in the field.
The firm notes that it is also the only firm in Connecticut to be designated counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice Private Counsel Program, which handles foreclosures in Connecticut for the U.S. Office of Debt Collection Management.
