The certification comes at the conclusion of a rigorous audit performed by independent ISO registrar, FM Approvals.
ISO 9001:2000 is the most complete and demanding standard in the ISO 9000 series and is designed to assure customers that a quality management system is in place through the entire product delivery cycle.
This achievement is the latest in ZC Sterling's ongoing quality-focused agenda. This quality initiative includes the company's early adoption of the Six Sigma methodology and the distinguished certification of its customer care operations as "Centers of Excellence" by the Center for Customer-Driven Quality at Purdue University for the last two years.
