MountainView Servicing Group, a provider of residential mortgage servicing rights (MSR) transactions and valuation advisory services, is the exclusive sale advisor for a Fannie Mae MSR portfolio with total unpaid principal balance of $1,267,880,877.
According to MountainView, key features of this portfolio are interest rates significantly below current market rates, 100% retail origination, and geographic concentration in mid-Atlantic states.
Bids for the portfolio are due Tues., Jan. 28 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Earlier this month, MountainView facilited the sale of more than $201 million in MSRs.
