Newly launched Actovia Commercial Mortgage Intelligence (CMI) has released Actovia Explorer, which the company describes as a cloud-based commercial real estate search and lead generation system.
Focusing initially on the New York metro area with intent to expand to additional geographies, the company says Actovia Explorer allows users to search for financial, property and owner-contact information pertaining to commercial properties. The system is available on a subscription basis.
Actovia was founded by CEO Jonathan Ingber, a former research director at commercial mortgage brokerage firm Meridian Capital.
