AllSouth Federal Credit Union reports that it is now using Mortgage Cadence’s Loan Fulfillment Center (LFC) platform.
The platform helps drive efficiency and profitability across the entire lending lifecycle, Mortgage Cadence, an Accenture company, says in a release.
AllSouth is also using the accompanying product suite, including imaging and document functionality, along with Mortgage Cadence’s Borrower Center and Collaboration Center, to streamline its lending operations.
As a result of the migration, AllSouth now has a comprehensive platform offering a single system of record. Instead of a borrower working with multiple contacts according to the lender’s workflow, AllSouth members are guided through the entire process – from application to close – by the same contact, ultimately increasing trust and overall satisfaction.
AllSouth will also be taking advantage of the Mortgage Cadence client advocacy model, in which a client success executive serves as a single point of contact through design, implementation, training and support.

In related news, Mortgage Cadence recently announced that it is integrating Covius’ title and appraisal solutions into Collaboration Center.
This will provide users with on-platform access and eliminate the need for clients to rekey data into a separate system or leave the Mortgage Cadence platform to order services, the company says in a separate release.
