Colliers International has hired appraisal industry veteran Ed Alegre as president of valuation and advisory services for the company's U.S. operations. He will be based in Irvine, Calif.
Alegre brings 25 years of experience to Colliers International. He previously served as executive managing director at Grubb & Ellis Landauer. Earlier in his career, Alegre held executive and senior leadership positions working for CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. In addition, he has co-authored several books, such as the ‘Commercial Real Estate Sales Guide’ and ‘A Tenant's Guide to Leasing Commercial Real Estate.’
