Commercial Funding LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC, has expanded its West Coast presence with the addition of two California offices located in Woodland Hills and Manhattan Beach. The new offices will join Arbor's existing Spokane, Wash., location to serve as the West Coast branch of operations. Yogesh Joshi and Greg Gilliam will serve as directors in the Woodland Hills and Manhattan Beach offices, respectively, and will report to Ken Fazio, Arbor's vice president and national sales manager.
