Arbor Commercial Funding LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC, says it is reducing the initial processing fee for Fannie Mae DUS Small Loans from $7,500 to $4,500. This is effective immediately and applies to all new small loans going forward that are not in processing yet.
Arbor's enhanced program will also offer a streamlined application, the company says.
