Assessment Technologies Ltd., a San Antonio-based firm specializing in reducing property taxes on large commercial and industrial properties, has hired Lance K. Rickard as senior vice president of appeal operations. He will oversee all appeal operations and litigation for the company.
Rickard has more than 30 years of professional experience in national property tax consulting and appraising, with wide-reaching consulting experience in at least 39 states and Europe.
