Toronto-based commercial real estate firm Avison Young is opening a new office in Charleston, S.C., its 14th location outside Canada.
As part of the new office's opening, Chris Fraser joins Avison Young as principal of South Carolina operations and Jeremy Willits becomes managing director of the 12-person Charleston office, which is staffed by former members of Grubb & Ellis' operations in Charleston.
