Bethesda, Md.-based mortgage banking company Beech Street Capital says it has appointed Randy Crochet vice president of originations for the New Orleans region.
Crochet's responsibilities will be on multifamily and commercial real estate debt financing, with an emphasis on Federal Housing Administration programs.
Crochet joins Beech Street from Stifel Bank, where he managed the bank's U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development multifamily and healthcare division. He previously served as an originator of commercial real estate loans for Capmark Commercial Mortgage, CW Capital and Hibernia National Bank.
