At least two commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) deals are in the works for February, Bloomberg reports.
According to a report published Tuesday, Deutsche Bank AG and UBS AG are preparing a $2.5 billion CMBS transaction that will be backed by office, mall and hotel mortgages. Separately, JPMorgan Chase & Co. is working on a $1.5 billion CMBS issuance. Both are expected to hit the market next month, according to the report.
