Newport Beach, Calif.-based Brillion Asset Solutions Inc., a commercial valuation services provider, is using IndiSoft's RxOffice Valuation Portal to connect its real estate agents and clients, including banks, credit unions, real estate investment trusts, private equity funds and hedge funds.
The platform, which enables disparate parties to communicate and transact online in real time, already has a proven track record in the residential valuation services segment, but IndiSoft recently started marketing the solution to commercial valuations providers.
Brillion is reportedly one of the first commercial valuation services providers to make use of the platform.
With the RxOffice Valuation Portal, Brillion is able to give all parties the ability to track the progress of their orders and effectively streamline the entire valuation process.
The portal supports several of Brillion's valuation products, including its commercial property inspection and broker opinion of value services, IndiSoft reports.
Brillion will also benefit from the customizable workflow and document management features the platform delivers. Secured messaging and an accounting interface to manage payments and fees are also available through the RxOffice platform.
