BSI Financial Expands Management Team

Jean-Marc Eichner and Adam Rider have joined mortgage company BSI Financial Services as senior vice president of loan services and vice president of accounting, respectively.

In addition, Natalie Owens has been promoted to director of business development.

Eichner has more than 30 years of financial services experience. He has particular expertise in optimizing the customer experience. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer experience for Ocwen Financial. Print to Ocwen, he held management positions at Capital One, Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America and Citi Mortgage.

In his new role with BSI Financial, Eichner will lead a new strategic initiative focused on portfolio retention and building the company’s customer franchise.

Rider has nearly two decades of experience in finance and accounting in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as vice president of accounting at Nationstar Mortgage. Prior to that he served as a finance and accounting senior manager for Ocwen Financial from 2001 to 2014.

In his new role with Ocwen Financial, Rider will help position BSI Financial for a period of sustained growth and expansion.

In a release, Scott Johnson, corporate controller and treasurer for BSI Financial, says Rider “brings significant experience that will help in the execution of our growth strategy, and he arrives during an ideal time to support that growth.”

Owens has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and legal industries, most recently served as assistant vice president in BSI Financial’s foreclosure department. 

Prior to joining BSI in 2016, she managed business relations for Butler & Hosch, PA and supervised the special proceedings department for Brice, Vander Linden and Wernick PC.
