BSI Financial Services Inc., an Irving, Texas-based provider of mortgage subservicing and loan quality-control services, has partnered with Moss Codilis LLP for its default management services and software. As part of the partnership, BSI has licensed M-Vue, a Moss Codilis proprietary software that supports the servicing of mortgage loans that are in default in a secure, Web-based environment.
‘We implemented the M-Vue system to further automate our communication with clients and internal processes,’ says Gagan Sharma, BSI's president and CEO. ‘Many of our clients are acquiring sub-performing and nonperforming portfolios, each with their unique loss mitigation strategy. Together with Moss Codilis, we are able to offer a customized solution to each of our clients.’
