Plaza Home Mortgage Inc., a wholesale and correspondent mortgage lender, has gone live as a lender in Calyx Point, an end-to-end mortgage loan origination system.
Loan originators can now launch Plaza Home Mortgage from Point's lender menu, directly within their Point file, the lender says. In addition, loan application and fees data will automatically populate Plaza's broker/TPO portal. Plaza adds that for Point brokers and correspondents, there will no longer be a need to manually export an FNMA 3.2 file.
