Calyx Software has expanded The Calyx Network with an Interface Update that allows Point users to connect directly with lenders and mortgage service providers, automating data exchange and streamlining the loan origination process.
The company says the November update contains new connections to FirstClose, a mortgage service provider, in the ‘Interfaces’ menu under categories such as ‘Appraisals,’ ‘Closing Docs,’ and ‘Fraud Detection.’
The Calyx Network Interface Update is automatically installed into Point versions 8.0 and higher when users open their software and connect to the Internet, the company says.
