CampusMBA, the education division of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), today announced it has extended its partnership with Stamford, Conn.-based Insurance Advisors LLC to offer live online workshops addressing a variety of insurance issues for commercial/multifamily real estate loans.
Each workshop will cover both broad issues as well a specific topics that industry professionals address on a daily basis. Course topics will include self-insurance, captives and fronting arrangement, terrorism insurance, flood insurance and the principles of property insurance.
The workshops are designed for commercial loan originators and underwriters, loan closers, drafting attorneys and loan servicers.
