Cardinal Bank, based in Tysons Corner, Va., has hired Marc J. Blumenstein as vice president and real estate loan officer. He will be responsible for generating residential and commercial loans for the bank.
Blumenstein was previously vice president at Bank of America. He currently serves on the real estate finance committee of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association.
