Carrington Technology Solutions LLC and Equator Business Solutions have formed a partnership to provide an end-to-end single-family asset management suite to maximize the performance of multiple-property portfolios.
Through an exclusive agreement, Carrington's proprietary RentPointe software application is being integrated into Equator's EQ Investor Platform. RentPointe will be delivered as a software as a service (SaaS) solution through Equator.
