The lending division of Carrington Mortgage Services LLC has named Jeff Gillis senior vice president of operations and promoted Mariano Demarin to national sales director for its retail lending division.
Gillis was most recently chief strategy officer for Nations Direct Mortgage. In his new role with Carrington, he will initially focus on completing the company's conversion to the Encompass360 loan origination software platform.
Mariano joined Carrington in 2010 as regional vice president, where he expanded the company's network of retail lending locations and was responsible for establishing the company's East Coast presence. In his new role, he will assume responsibility for all sales and branch operations within the company's retail channel.
