Santa Ana, Calif.-based Carrington Mortgage Services has opened a new branch in Richmond, Va., with Greg Rojakovick as sales manager.
In addition, the company has named two new branch managers, Timothy Hoy in Towson, Md., and Tyson Rondeau in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Rojakovick, Hoy and Rondeau will focus on growing Carrington's business in their respective regions, providing a range of product offerings and faster turn times to meet market demands – particularly with respect to reaching and serving underserved borrowers (typically those in the sub-640 FICO score range), says Carrington.   Â
Rojakovick has served as a loan officer, senior underwriter and mortgage manager, in addition to co-owning a mortgage company, for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining Carrington, Rojakovick was Virginia Mortgage Manager for Mariner Finance LLC.
Hoy has more than 13 years of experience in mortgage and finance. Prior to joining Carrington, he served as head of mortgage lending at Mariner Finance LLC. Hoy's other prior experience includes managing branches for Washington Mutual Finance and First NLC Financial.
Rondeau comes to Carrington with more than 14 years of experience in mortgage and finance. His prior work includes serving as branch manager at The Lending Co. Inc., as well as owning and operating Universal Equity Investments LLC.
