Mortgage banking veteran Cecelia M. Raine has joined Claims Recovery Financial Services (CRFS) as president and chief strategist.
Raine has more than 28 years of mortgage banking experience, including building a servicing and default consulting practice that specialized in process re-engineering. Prior to joining CRFS, she was senior vice president for strategy and business development for Lender Processing Services, Inc. She also spent 11 years with Fannie Mae, overseeing servicing and default related processes for portfolios in excess of $100 billion. She also previously held leadership positions in various servicing organizations.Â
In her new role, Raine will be responsible for overseeing CRFS' enterprise support team, along with developing the company's overall strategic direction.
CRFS recently announced that it is expanding its operations in both New York State and San Antonio, Texas. The growing company reports that it has added 96 new employees since September.
