Cenlar FSB, a wholesale bank specializing in mortgage subservicing nationwide, has expanded its operations outside of New Jersey by opening a new office in Tempe, Ariz., as the site of Cenlar's west operations center.
With this addition, Cenlar says it now has four buildings in New Jersey and one in Arizona. The company's Ewing, N.J., location will remain the corporate office.
‘A robust talent pool, predictably good weather and western hours of operation made Tempe the perfect location for our expansion,’ says Gregory S. Tornquist, chairman of the board, president and CEO of Cenlar.
This new location will be staffed primarily by customer service representatives and loan servicing agents, in addition to a number of operational and administrative support staff.
