Continuing its ongoing expansion, Brentwood, Tenn.-based Churchill Mortgage has hired 15 new employees in California, Georgia, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas.
In Brentwood, Tenn., Churchill adds Samuel Elrod as an IT specialist, bringing more than 10 years of experience. Also in Tennessee, the lender's Chattanooga branch adds Sarah Townsend as a home loan specialist assistant.
In California, the company adds eight members to its newest branch in Orange. Paul Neuland and Dale Walker join as a home loan specialists, bringing nearly two decades of combined experience; Alfred Durr and Alexis Nunez join as customer care specialists; and Elaine Sanchez joins as a client services specialist. Patrece Zaid also joins the branch as a processing manager, with more than a decade of experience, and Diane Maxon and Sherry Ponce join as loan processors.
The Kennesaw, Ga., branch adds Robin Wright as its newest home loan specialist, bringing more than 16 years of experience. In addition, Timothy Hett joins the Georgia branch as a new loan officer, also bringing more than 16 years of mortgage lending and banking experience.
Churchill's Tupelo, Miss., branch adds Lisa Gilland as its newest loan originator, bringing more than 20 years of experience. In addition, Carlos Gutierrez joins the Houston branch as a loan officer and home loan specialist, with eight years of industry experience. Churchill's Portland, Ore., branch adds Peter Sweeney, also as a loan officer, with 24 years of experience.
In 2013, Churchill added over 100 employees to its branches and opened several offices across the U.S.
