Churchill Mortgage recently penetrated the Minnesota market for the first time with the opening of a new branch in Minneapolis.
The new branch is managed by Patrick Juul, who has more than 30 years of mortgage expertise.
Also working in the new office is home loan specialist Brian Potratz, who has 15 years of mortgage origination experience.
Both will work to provide a Smarter Mortgage plan for borrowers in Minneapolis, St. Paul and the greater Twin Cities region, Churchill says in a release.
Churchill says it will be actively recruiting mortgage professionals and support staff in the coming months to ensure that borrowers in local communities continue to receive a personalized mortgage experience and a path to debt-free homeownership.
