Brentwood, Tenn.-based lender Churchill Mortgage has opened its first physical branch in Missouri, marking its sixth new branch in five states in the past year.
The newest branch, located in Kansas City, is led by Joanna Redden, who also serves as a home loan specialist with 19 years of industry expertise.
Previously, Redden was a senior mortgage professional for First Federal Bank and Security Savings Bank. In addition, she was a senior mortgage loan officer with First National Bank of Kansas and a loan officer with Capital Federal Savings.
