Brentwood, Tenn.-based lender Churchill Mortgage has opened a new branch in Portland, Ore., and has assigned Dave Gillihan the role of managing the branch.
Gillihan, a licensed home loan specialist, has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including 15 years in leadership roles. He was previously owner and operator at Four Seasons Mortgage Co. and The Gillihan Lending Group Inc.
In both roles, Gillihan specialized in originating conventional prime, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Affairs and U.S. Department of Agriculture residential mortgages for borrowers in the greater Portland area.
Previously, Gillihan served as vice president at Cornerstone Home Lending, CTX Mortgage Co. and Citicorp Mortgage; branch manager at First Horizon Home Loans and Continental Mortgage; and loan officer at First National Bank.
