Clopton Capital, a commercial mortgage provider based in Chicago, has announced that it is expanding into hotel financing.
According to the company, Clopton Capital will provide hotel financing via its proprietary network of banks and lending conduits. The company believes that the hotel sector is poised to grow significantly in demand in the next decade.
