Washington-based mortgage banking firm Cobalt Mortgage has opened three new offices in Southern California, with Chris Ledlie hired as branch manager.
Ledlie is responsible for overseeing and fully staffing the new offices, which are located in Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach and Valencia.
