Coester Appraisal Group has upgraded its Cloud Control appraisal management technology platform with the addition of C-Data, the company's automated appraisal review tool.
C-Data electronically evaluates every field in an appraisal report; identifies potential fraud, errors, discrepancies and missing information; and presents findings both online and in printed reports. All the appraisals managed with Cloud Control, and every appraisal provided by Coester Appraisal Group, will now be subjected to a review through C-Data.
