Rockville, Md.-based CoesterVMS has appointed Robert T. Chasteen senior vice president of operations. In his new position, Chasteen is responsible for maintaining customer service and internal performance levels.
Chasteen was previously production manager at First Choice Bank, where he had direct responsibility for the company's loan production and compliance. His previous positions includes managerial and executive positions for Maverick Residential Mortgage, Synergy Mortgage Corp., WMC Mortgage Corp. and Infinity Funding Corp.Â
