Tamina L. O'Neill has joined Cole Taylor Bank, a subsidiary of Taylor Capital Group Inc., as group senior vice president and chief compliance officer.
O'Neill, who has more than 15 years of senior-level risk management and compliance experience, was previously managing director and senior risk officer for The Private Bank and Trust Co., where she oversaw enterprise risk management and operational risk programs. Prior to that, she was managing director, corporate compliance.
Prior to The Private Bank and Trust, she served as senior vice president, compliance, for Bank of America and senior vice president, commercial banking compliance, for LaSalle Bank.Â
In her new role, O'Neill will report to Randall T. Conte, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer
