To better reflect what it does, Computershare Mortgage Solutions, a Computershare Loan Services company that provides REO asset management, valuation and title services, has changed its name to Property Solutions, Part of the Computershare Group.
With its team of valuation experts with decades of experience, Property Solutions offers investors and residential lenders a comprehensive suite of valuation products and other services for both residential and commercial loans nationwide.
In addition to Property Solutions, Computershare owns three other companies; Capital Markets Cooperative, Altavera Mortgage Services and Specialized Loan Servicing.
Through the four companies, Computershare Loan Services provides end-to-end solutions to the mortgage industry.
“Through the name Property Solutions, we make it clear that we deliver solutions for collateral valuations, asset management and title services,” says Jim Smith, president of Property Solutions, in a release. “The new name more accurately reflects what we do within the framework of Computershare Loan Services.”
