CoreLogic has introduced OnSite, a new property condition report that contains local market conditions and complements automated valuation model (AVM) reports to help financial institutions meet interagency appraisal and evaluation guidelines for lending. OnSite covers 98.7% of parcels in the U.S., CoreLogic claims.
The new report uses inspection results to produce an overall condition rating. OnSite also considers external factors observed adjacent to the subject property or within the immediate neighborhood, CoreLogic adds.
