Covius’ Settlement Services group has integrated with NetDirector’s full-service, cloud-based default servicing integration platform.

Law firm Hughes Watters Askanase (HWA) will be the first client to leverage the efficiency of the new integration.

The Covius/NetDirector integration will enable HWA’s Default Servicing Group to seamlessly order a range of default-related products, including default title and property reports from Covius, and receive them back directly to their case management system. NetDirector’s one-to-many style integration hub allows HWA to use the platform to access Covius’ services.

“Our goal at Covius is to make it as easy as possible for our clients to do business with us,” says Joe Chappell, executive vice president of Covius Settlement Services. “Internally, we call this approach to partner integrations Covius Connected. The integration allows HWA to continue working with a familiar system, while improving operational efficiency and data integrity by eliminating email messaging and data entry errors.”

“We’re very excited to connect Covius to the NetDirector default servicing ecosystem,” comments Harry Beisswenger, CEO of NetDirector. “HWA had a need for this connection, and our partnership with Covius allows us to facilitate that connection in a rapid, scalable and secure way – with minimal effort or change on the part of the end user.”
