Southfield, Mich.-based commercial real estate firm Signature Associates has formed a new division, Signature Mortgage Solutions (SMS), that offers services such as mortgage term extensions, workouts, and refinancing or sales.
According to a company statement, SMS will guide clients through the process of property and market evaluations, hardship letters, workout proposals, mediations/negotiations and loan modifications.
Signature Associates, with offices in Southfield, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Muskegon and Kalamazoo, Mich., as well as in Toledo, Ohio, provides a variety of services, including industrial, office and retail brokerage, investment sales, property/asset management, market research, mortgage banking and advisory services.
