Mortgage Network Inc., one of the largest privately held independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., has hired David M. Payonk as a producing sales manager in the company's Plains, Pa., branch.
Payonk has more than 22 years of mortgage banking experience. During the past two-and-a-half years, he has assisted more than 700 homeowners with their mortgage needs. Most recently, he served as a loan originator for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. He is also an active member of the Scranton, Pa., chamber of commerce.
The Plains, Pa., branch serves the communities of Plains, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and Pocono.
