DECA Real Estate Advisors has officially launched its business with offices in Washington, D.C., New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles to provide national and major market coverage to the commercial real estate industry.
DECA's founding partners – Jeff Doss, Elliott Gross and Christopher O'Dea – are real estate due diligence veterans with more than 50 combined years of engineering, construction management and environmental experience. The company says it specializes in property condition assessments, Phase I environmental site assessments, construction project monitoring and other services.
‘DECA's goal is to become the due diligence consultant of choice for evaluations of property acquisitions, major renovations or feasibility evaluations for new development,’ says Doss. ‘Our experience and value-add approach helps lenders, property owners and asset managers more effectively manage their assets.’
