Ellie Mae’s Encompass Investor Connect is now available for warehouse lenders.
That means warehouse banks can now receive the same benefit that many of the industry’s largest investors experience by automating the interaction between Ellie Mae’s Encompass loan origination platform and their systems, the company says in a release.
For lenders, Encompass Investor Connect automates the delivery of mortgage data elements and documents while eliminating the exportation of insecure data.
“With Encompass Investor Connect, we are now enabling funding requests directly from Encompass,” says Parvesh Sahi, senior vice president of business development for Ellie Mae. “This speeds up key processes, reduces laborious tasks and frees up liquidity and capacity for lenders while helping our warehouse lenders grow their business along with simplifying the receipt of data and documents.”
Texas Capital Bank is the first warehouse lender to utilize Encompass Investor Connect, the company says.
Ellie Mae has also announced a partnership with MBMS, a provider of warehouse lending software. This will simplify integrations for warehouse lenders using MBMS’ ProMerit platform.
