Excel Investigations (EI), a process serving company headquartered in Mokena, Ill., has changed its name to Excel Innovations – reflecting the firm's expanding role as a service provider to the legal, banking and mortgage industries.
‘Evolving the name of our business was a natural response to the growth and development of the company's primary niche,’ explains Keith McMaster, president of Excel Innovations. ‘As EI continues to catapult into the default management services sector, we realize we need a name that effectively represents our true focus and field of expertise, as well as quest for new and engaging ways to serve clients.’
EI's services include process, skip tracing, default management services and loss mitigation.
